Convex Extreme Black is dark, glossy and conforms to curves without wrinkling just like all our other Convex products. You can simply cutout whatever numbers or shapes you need. Or you can print chrome or metallic foils for beautiful effects. Since it is 10 mil thick, you can sell numbers without the need for premask or installation talent. It’s that easy to apply.

GSP Software Setting: For printing on Extreme Black, in Gerber’s Plot program, click on the “123” button, then click on the Substitute button and select vinyl type, “220 Or Imagecal-P” from the pull-down menu.

For Cutting, if you have the Gerber enVision 375 Plotter/Cutter, go to Device Select “F7” and click on the settings button. Set the Speed to 50, Acceleration to 66, Force to 37.50 or more depending on the age of your blade.

If you do not have an enVision series Gerber cutter, you will have to determine the settings by testing the material. If you are using Mac Imprint™, please test your cutter settings.

USE A 45º or 60º BLADE on any combination of materials 8-mil or thicker.
