Convex UV Laminate
Convex Laminate is highly flexible and will conform to complex curves.
Pro-Shield Laminate is more durable than Convex Laminate but is less flexible.
Convex UV Laminate it the same as Convex Laminate but made for extended UV exposure.

Applications: Use Convex Laminates when you need to cover complex curves such as helmets. Convex laminates are the softest and easiest for the average person to apply.
Applications: Use Pro-Shield Laminates when you need more durable, glossy surfaces. Pro-Shield laminated graphics will conform better with the aid of a heat gun when installing.
Applications: Use Convex UV Laminate when you need to protect your print from UV fading and cover complex curves. This laminate will definitely extend the UV life of your graphics.

General Description: Clear and White, soft, flexible vinyl with a clear permanent acrylic
adhesive. White laminate is used with Pro-Patch for a flood coat of white behind the sub-surface graphic.

Recommended Application Techniques:
Laminate with a cold pressure sensitive laminator
or by hand. Too much reverse tension on the
laminate roll will cause it to curl up after
cutting.

General Description: Flexible heavy duty clear vinyl with clear permanent acrylic adhesive. Different combinations of base materials and Pro-Shield can be used to achieve a variety of decal thicknesses and prices.

Recommended Application Techniques:
Convex™ brand base materials are recommended In combination with Pro-Shield. Apply with cold laminator or by hand. When Laminate is separated from the liner it is unsupported and can stretch during the laminating process. If there is too much reverse tension applied on the supply roll it will stretch and curl up immediately when it is cut.
