Our basic recommendation for helmet stickers graphics and decals is:
  • Convex GearWrap
  • Convex Laminate

The Convex GearWrap 4 mil is our most popular vinyl for mini helmets graphics but we also have a thicker 8 mil. and clear options for thermal printing.

Laminating with either the 4 or 8 mil Convex Laminate will allow your graphics for fit over the Convex curves.

For mini-helmets, one decal solution would be to print on our 4 mil. GearWrap vinyl, which is available in white (for thermal & inkjet) or clear (thermal only). After the job has been printed you can laminate with our 4 mil. clear Convex laminate.

The result of this material construction is very successful.

Since the helmets are considered “mini”, you can use the 4 mil vinyl and the 4 mil laminate to maintain the wrinkle-free application with the greatness of conformability on curves.
