Detailed Construction

Our basic recommendation for ATV stickers, graphics and decals is:
  • Convex High-Bond
  • Convex Laminate

The Convex High-Bond 6 mil is our most popular vinyl for Quad graphics, but we also have thicker and clear options for thermal printing.

However, some ATVs might need Pro-Shield Laminate for extra protection if the area isn't too tightly curved.

Convex™ Vinyl for Quad / ATV Graphics, Stickers & Decals

Convex High-Bond can be utilized to meet the demands of the wide range of applications on ATV and Quad plastics. There are huge numbers of Quad owners looking to personalize their vehicles.

ATV decals don't necessarily need the high durability of MX decals but there are more severe and complex curves to fit the graphics on.

Stickers & graphics can be laminated with Convex laminate for maximum ease of installation, or Pro-Shield laminate can be used and applied to complex curves with a heat gun.

If the ATV is parked outdoors, or going to see a lot of UV light over many seasons be sure to use Convex UV Laminate with Convex High-Bond UV 7 year or Convex High-Bond matte 6 year base material.
