Convex isn't just for sport related decals. The same durability is needed in many equipment applications. Outdoor power equipment is just one of the recommended applications.

Convex is currently being used on everything from porta potties and coolers to shelving racks at hardware store. If your equipment has curved surfaces that need labeling, Convex High-Bond will provide the best bond and the combination of flexibility and durability when laminated with Convex laminates.

Convex High-Bond adhesive is designed to stick to most surfaces including low-energy surfaces such as powdered paint.

if you want to apply a sticker or label to a painted surface but then remove it after is it is sold for instance, then use Convex Gearwrap as the base vinyl. Convex Gearwrap is specifically formulated for smooth surfaces that you want to remain clean (void of adhesive) when the label is removed. Once applied you should be able to remove the label for up to a year without adhesive residue.

Convex is not “shrink wrap”, but it does conform well to rounded surfaces. So when you apply it to a curved surface for instance, rub it or burnish it from the center out. You should be able to rub out the “air tunnels,” which is squeezing or condensing the vinyl. If it wants to pop back up in any areas, you may have to put a strategic cut in the art work or use Convex with the High-Bond adhesive.
