PlaStick vinyl with very aggressive adhesive

PlaStick™ Digital Media

Vinyl with aggressive permanent adhesive for graphics on plastic.
  • White pressure sensitive gloss vinyl.
  • PlaStick is 4.4 mil.
  • Super aggressive permanent adhesive for Low Surface Energy (LSE) applications.
  • For those who don’t mind replacing plastic with their graphics.
  • Use PlaStick for smooth surfaces. (for textured surfaces use Pitbull)

This 4.4 mil white pressure sensitive gloss vinyl is ready for thermal and wide format ink jet printing. PlaStick is more economical because it has a little less adhesive for smooth surfaces.

CV-LinkInc-240x334

For your customers who want to replace the plastics when they replace the graphics, PlaStick with permanent adhesive for graphics on plastic is the what you are looking for. Once PlaStick sets up (24 hours), removing it is a lot like tug-of-war. This is one of the most permanent bonds yet.

Applications include any hard-to-stick-to surfaces including plastic, powder paint, and Thermoplastic Olefin. If the graphics will receive UV exposure over 2 years, we recommend that a UV foil such as Gerber’s Abrasion Guard SPF, or a UV protective laminate like CONVEX Supreme UV to prolong the life of the base film and printed graphics.

Compatible with CONVEX and Pro-Shield laminates.

Overview

PlaStick is ready for Thermal, Solvent, UV, and Latex based printing.
